Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items with visible signs of wear, stains, or damage not due to our error.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Label: Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color variations if the item is in stock. If unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Shipping Fees

  • Returns: Free return shipping is offered for domestic orders.

  • Exchanges: Also eligible for free return and reshipment.

  • International Orders: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
