Aznevaca Clothing – Print-on-Demand Shipping Policy

Applies to All Print-on-Demand Orders

At Aznevaca, every garment is made to order. This means we don’t produce your items until after you’ve made a purchase—ensuring reduced waste and higher quality control. Because of this model, our shipping times differ slightly from traditional retail operations.


🧵 Production Time

  • All items are made on demand and go through a production phase before shipping.

  • Estimated Production Time:

    • Standard: 3–7 business days

    • High Volume or Custom Orders: Up to 10 business days

Once your order has been produced, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

*Expedited shipping is available for select locations. Delivery timelines are in addition to production time.


🆓 Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (U.S.):

    • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD

    • Flat rate of $5 USD under $75

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.


🌍 Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or import taxes their country imposes. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping charges.


🔍 Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipping for tracking to update.


❗️Important Notes

  • Split Shipments: Items may arrive in separate packages if sourced from multiple facilities.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Aznevaca is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to input errors.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: If your tracking indicates "delivered" but the package is missing, contact the carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist but are not liable for carrier issues.


🧾 Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.
However, if your item is defective or printed incorrectly, please email support@aznevaca.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
